1. Please ask your printer to provide items securely packaged or in cartons in uniform quantities of 100s, 250s, 500s, 1000s, as is appropriate, per carton. Cartons not to exceed 10Kgs

2. Each package / carton should also be clearly marked with the title and/or a copy of the item contained.   Clearly specify the version, if items are personalised.

3. Larger sized items which are to be supplied as bundles must be strongly and securely double-strapped / banded.

4. Our warehouse provides forklift facilities for unloading of pallets.  If using pallets please secure cartons / bundles to the pallet by suitable shrink-wrapping.

WAREHOUSE HOURS;

Tuesday- Wednesday- Friday between 10am - 4pm

Thursday 1pm - 4pm

5. All leaflet consignments must be accompanied by a delivery note.

6. Delivery notes should state the number of pallets / cartons, contents per carton and total copies, along with item title and senders details.

7. Leaflets are required ONE WEEK prior to commencement date.
